Gorky's Smokin Grill

We have been wanting to stop here to get some BBQ for some time now, and we're glad we finally did. Had the full rack with Gorky sauce, fries, and greens. Greens were excellent and tangy, fries were like Kennywood's, and the ribs were meaty and so soft that it melted in your mouth and fell of the bone!!! No more driving past this place. Loved it!!!

Family-run restaurant with great food. The ribs were excellent—the meat was tender, tasty and came off the bone nicely. Chicken and brisket were also delicious. Sandwiches have a lot of meat.

Waitresses behind the bar were exceptionally funny, they basically chose our meals for us as we'd never been before. The fried pickled spears were to die for. The burger both brisket and ghost pepper cheese were delicious. Thanks for having us it was great. Love my t shirts

I had very low expectations going into a place called Gorky's but I was blown away! The staff was very friendly and they had good menu selection. The food was wonderful and for the price they had excellent plate arrangement. Which isn't something that I typically write a review about but it was such a nice touch that it was worth mentioning. Check out their specials! I got a camel burger when I went there and it was nice being able to try something new

Got in the restaurant just before it was about to close on a weekday during a business trip to Pittsburgh. They were cleaning tables and there were no other people inside when I walked in. I asked for take out, and the host lady was very friendly and ask me to sit down and eat (I am grateful). Ordered the second item on the menu (pile-on burger?). Anyway, the burger was fantastic, stood about 5” tall on the plate - with grilled onion, bbq brisket, pull pork, cole slaw, and a grilled burger. The burger itself had a nice, tasty crust (very nicely done), the brisket and pull pork are very nice, even the onion was tasty with a nice grill smoky flavor. Overall, it was a great and memorable meal. Glad I stopped in.

Eaten here a couple times. Not a huge rib or steak guy so my go to is pulled pork and it is awesome here. Sure the bread falls apart and it gets real messy but it is really a great sandwich. The staff is always top notch. Don’t expect a fine dining type of vibe here. I wouldn’t call this place a “dive” but the decor inside has a very dated feel. But I think this is what gives this local place its charm.

Decided to try a different place for dinner . Sat at the bar with room. Ordered right away and got a beer. Good food and service .

Well over an hour drive from where I live and it's worth every last bit of the drive. Had the pork chop which is in the pictures. Was absolutely the best pork chop I've eaten in my life bar none. Could not possibly be cooked better than that. Flavor was outstanding, meat was so tender it melted in your mouth, and the sides were awesome too. Honestly I could not reccomend a place to eat more than this place. Absolutely a must see!
